A Coachella Valley native, he brings a genuine investment in the community's development to his work. Outside the office, he can usually be found outdoors or on the golf course, enjoying all that the Valley has to offer.

David is the Office Manager at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he oversees the company's property management operations, and leads owner relations. His goal is to deliver outstanding service and results for property owners and tenants. He has been in the property management industry for 12 years and at CVPM since 2017. Outside of work you'll usually find him chasing a new personal best on a run, cheering on his favorite soccer teams or spending quality time with his family.

Sarah is the Leasing Manager at Coachella Valley Property Management and brings over 25 years of property management experience to the team. Since joining CVPM in 2023, she's enjoyed helping owners and tenants navigate the leasing process with honest communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to great customer service.

When she's not at work, Sarah loves traveling, spending time with her family and dogs,  and watching sports. Whether she's catching a Dodgers game or yelling at the TV during NFL Sundays, she's always ready to cheer on her favorite teams. She believes a good sense of humor and treating people with respect can make all the difference.

Natividad is the Leasing Coordinator at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he coordinates leasing operations by marketing available properties through professional photography and 3D virtual tours, responding to leads, and organizing property showings to support occupancy goals. He also performs property inspections, prepares and delivers resident notices, maintains documentation, and coordinates with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

He has been in the property management industry for four years and at CVPM since 2023. Outside of work he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, attending and watching sporting events, and making lasting memories with loved ones.

Richard is the Accounting Manager at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he makes sure the money is tracked correctly, the bills get paid, and the reports are accurate. He has been in the property management industry for 33 years and at CVPM since 2020. Outside of work he enjoys NFL football (Chicago Bears) and occasionally a glass of vino blanco .

Belicia is the Tenant Relations Specialist at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role she is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and works closely with tenants to answer questions, coordinate requests, and help ensure a positive rental experience. Belicia is organized, dependable, and committed to making sure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. She has been in the property management industry for 2 years and at CVPM since 2024. Outside of work she enjoys watching horror movies, starting her day with a good cup of coffee, and going to the gym. She takes pride in helping others and is always happy to assist tenants with their needs.

Juan is an Administrative Assistant at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he manages and processes rental applications, assists prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, and supports property marketing efforts. He has been in the property management industry for 4 years and at CVPM since 2022. Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, and making the most of his time with friends and family.

Mitzi is an Administrative Assistant at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role she provides administrative support across the organization by managing property utility accounts, facilitating vendor communications, and maintaining accurate tenant and property records.. Outside of work, she stays active with yoga and outdoor adventures, appreciates the arts through theater and music, and loves traveling to experience new cultures.

Kevin  is the Maintenance Manager at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he manages the maintenance department, creates rent ready estimates and manages large projects. Jorge Gonzalez is the Property Inspector at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he inspects all new and recently moved out properties. He also visits properties twice a year for compliance inspections . He has been in the property maintenance industry for 3 years and at CVPM since 2023. Chris Corona  is a Senior Maintenance Technician at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he responds to tenant maintenance issues and prepares owners properties for rent. He has been in the property maintenance industry for 26 years and at CVPM since 2025. Outside of work he enjoys fishing and camping.

Jose Franco is a Maintenance Technician at Coachella Valley Property Management. In this role he performs repairs and assists with unit turns.  He has been in the property maintenance industry for 17 years and at CVPM since 2026. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and weight training.
